CCMC currently has one full time Art of Living Coordinator/Office Receptionist positions at SouthWood in Tallahassee, FL.

The AOL Coordinator/Office Receptionist will be the office liaison for Welcome Committee. This postition will be a visible contact "go to" person for homeowners by providing quick responses to inquiries, and assist with obtaining sponsorships for AOL events and advertising. This position will also assist with set-up, executing, and cleanup of major events within the community, coordinate event volunteers, create flyers, postcards, and reminders for events, deadlines, and other programs, along with maintaining an ongoing schedule of subgroups that meet within SouthWood.

This position will have daily tasks that include: monitoring the forum and discussion group on MySouthWood. org and other community platforms, checking, sorting, and stamping the incoming mail and HOA drop box, providing phone support to the office by distributing voicemails and phone calls accordingly, maintain reception area in a professional manner, manage and order office supplies, and schedule equipment service calls. Candidate will also be responsible for issuing pool cards, managing resident registration for Art of Living camps/classes, updating sign-in sheets as necessary, managing Community Center rentals, and ensuring all handouts are available for various forms and packets.

Other responsibilities include weekly drafting of e-mail blast, assembling new homeowner welcome information and gifts, set-up and filing of new own files and closing documents, ordering and maintaining office supply inventory, as well as cleaning supplies for kitchen and restroom. Candidate will also monitor printer/copier usage, and review website for content accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in event planning or communications from another Community, City or Government Facility.
